A Business Capability Map is a hierarchical model of what your organisation does, independent of how it is structured. In Arch Man you can define capabilities at multiple levels, assign maturity scores, set ownership, and link capabilities to applications, decisions, and initiatives.

The Application Landscape is an interactive graph that visualises your applications and the integrations between them. You can filter by lifecycle status, criticality, or integration type, and drill into individual applications or integrations for full detail.

Yes. Arch Man is built around traceability. Decisions can be linked to principles and initiatives. Initiatives can contain projects. Capabilities can be linked to applications. This gives you an end-to-end view of how strategy connects to technology.

Each organisation has three roles: View (read-only access), Edit (can create and update content), and Admin (full control including member management and organisation settings).

Yes. A single Arch Man account can be a member of multiple organisations, each with its own role and workspace.

From your organisation's Members page, enter the email address of the person you want to invite and choose their role. If they already have an account they are added immediately. If not, they receive an invitation email with a registration link.

Arch Man offers Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each plan defines the number of view members, editors, and admins your organisation can have. See the pricing section on the homepage for details.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be restricted.
